Terms and conditions

I. General

The Terms and Conditions below apply to the sale of guided tour services, carried out by Mr Romain Bréget, through the micro-enterprise "The French Battlefields Guide" - located at 10 avenue Reine Mathilde, 14400 BAYEUX, registered under the number SIRET N ° 90236759800015.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the guide holds the Professional Guide Card N ° GC 1475011 P, issued by the Ministries of Tourism and Culture. The issue of this professional card is subject to the conditions set by Articles R. 221-1 et seq. of the Tourism Code.

II. Prices

The prices of the visits appearing on the site www.french-battlefields.com are expressed in euros (€). The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect on the day the order is registered. As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.

III. Payments

Orders are paid for :

by bank check ;
by credit card ;
by cash

A deposit of 20% of the total amount will be requested in order to confirm the service. The reservation of the service is final as soon as you give me your name to issue the invoice and payment of the deposit. The balance is paid at the start of the service.

IV. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply :

for a cancellation 14 days before the visit, the deposit will be fully refunded
for a cancellation less than 14 days before the visit, the deposit will not be refunded

In the event of cancellation by the micro-enterprise "The French Battlefields Guide", the deposit will be fully refunded.

V. Arbitration

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Caen.
